Joined to the campaign\ncalendar on `campaign_id` this gives people reached and coverage per round;\ngrouping by `campaign_id` and `source` puts administrative and survey figures\nside by side. Strata (sex, age band, delivery strategy, disposition,\ngeography) are in the companion view `IcrCoverageStrata`.",
