The confidence interval of a survey-derived estimate, in the same unit as the measureScore it accompanies (a proportion 0–1 for the ICR coverage Measures): low and high bounds and the confidence level in percent (default 95). Structured so a dashboard can draw the interval and a comparison can test whether the administrative figure lies inside it; the free-text sample-design extension still carries the design narrative.
